It is to bring to the notice of the trade that the Central Board of Excise & Customs vide its Notification No.13/2010-Central Excise (N.T.) dated 19.03.2010 issued from F.No.208/15/2009-CX-6, had specified jurisdiction of Mumbai – I Central Excise Commissionerate by merging the geographical jurisdiction of erstwhile Mumbai – IV Central Excise Commissionerate with existing Mumbai – I Central Excise Commissionerate under the Zonal charge of the Chief Commissioner of Central Excise and Service Tax, Mumbai Zone – I.
